They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is just as well with the chefs at Ascua taking this notion very seriously. Stepping into Ascua, you’re greeted by the welcoming smell of artisan coffee, mouthwatering bacon hot off the charcoal grill, waffles, pancakes and more. Breakfast at Ascua is a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach.

The bacon at Ascua has been known to convert a vegetarian, the freshly squeezed juices are a real crowd pleaser while the waffles and pancakes continue to delight even those who claim they ‘don’t eat sweets at breakfast time.’

There are plenty of deliciously satisfying healthy options as well. The selection of fresh, seasonal fruit that is beautifully presented is perfect to enjoy on the side of the passionfruit Bircher muesli, prepared by our own chefs the evening before and left to soak overnight. For those who feel like something hot, an omelette made with your favourite fillings is hard to go past, or the classic scrambled eggs on toast. Avocado lovers will relish in the smell of freshly baked bread with smashed avocado just waiting to be scooped up and generously heaped upon the toast.

The range of international dishes will not disappoint with alternating curries and specialities rotating throughout the week, offering something different daily.

Start your day the right way with breakfast in Ascua, served daily from 6:00am – 10:30am.

Walk-ins welcome!
