Does the hotel have car parking? Can I reserve a parking lot?

Parking is available at Wilson Central Park Parking, with access at 152 St George’s Terrace. The Hay Street elevator is less than a twominute walk from the hotel entrance on Hay St. The cost is $40 per day for self-parking when acquired from the hotel reception. Self parking arranged through the hotel allows guests multiple entries and exists during the allotted 24h period. Valet parking if offered at a cost of $70.

What is the parking clearance?

Wilson Central Park Parking has a clearance of 1.95m. 

How do I book a room with a balcony?

InterContinental Perth City Centre does not offer balconies but floor to ceiling windows in City View room categories and upwards with views of Perth City. 

Is InterContinental Perth located close to sporting arenas?

The hotel is located a seven-minute walk from RAC Arena, home to sporting, musical and theatrical shows. A two-minute free bus-ride down St George’s Terrace will take you two the WACA in East Perth. Optus Stadium is accessible by Transperth (Public Transport Authority) and train and bus rides are free to anyone with a ticket to a game. Perth Underground Train Station is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel and buses collect passengers from Hay Street and St George’s Terrace, on the hotel’s doorstep. 

Can I have a bath?

Suites at the hotel offer bathtubs, please select this category if you require a bath. All other room-types offer rainshowers.  

Does the hotel have free wifi?

Yes the hotel has free WiFi, which is available in all areas of the hotel and all rooms. 

Does the hotel have a pool?

No, the hotel does not offer a pool. Beatty Park Leisure Centre is a fifteen minute drive from the hotel and offers casual access to its three pools. We also encourage visitors to WA to visit some of our beautiful beaches for a swim. 

Does the hotel have a fitness centre?

Yes, 24 hour fitness centre is located on level M (Mezzanine floor).

What options are available for breakfast?

Breakfast is hosted at Ascua, located on the ground floor of the hotel. For current breakfast options please contact our friendly Concierge.

Where is the closest public transport?

The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to transport with a free CBD buses from St George’s Terrace and less than a five-minute walk to Perth Underground. 

Is this hotel smoke free?

Yes this is a smoke free hotel in all areas. 

Is there Business Centre?

Yes, the business centre is located on the first floor and offers printing, scanning and emailing  services. 

Are there available meeting spaces?

Yes, Gallery Meeting Suites offers boardroom and conferencing amenities and a rooftop terrace overlooking Hay Street for private functions and events.

How can I have access to club lounge?

Access to the Club InterContinental Lounge can be added to any existing reservations for an additional cost subject to availability.

What is check-in time?

Check in to the hotel is from 3pm. Please call ahead or let our team know your estimated time of arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I have an early check in?

Early arrivals can be requested, but not guaranteed before 3pm unless the room is booked and paid for the night prior. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the concierge team and utilize the hotel facilities until the room is ready. 

What is check out time?

Check out time at the hotel is 11am.

Can I have a late check out?

You may request a late check-out however it is subject to availability and may incur a late check-out fee. 

Do I have to pay a bond on check in?

A payment of all room nights plus $100 bond per night will be taken on check-in. Please note we do not accept cash payments and can only accept payments via EFTPOS.

Do I need photo ID to check in?

Yes, a valid passport or Australian Drivers License will be required for check-in. 

Can I have a room with no feather bedding?

Duvets, pillows & some mattress protectors are all feather, however we can provide non-feather bedding upon request. 

Can I leave my luggage before/after check in/out?

Yes, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with the Concierge team after departure at no charge. Luggage can also be left prior to check-in, should your room not be ready when you arrive.

Do you offer guests a shuttle service to and from Perth International Airport?

Shuttle services are not available, however, if you would like a private car service to collect you, please let our Concierge know and the team will assist. 

Do you have room with connecting doors?

Connecting rooms are available upon request and can be confirmed at the time of reservation.
